Located on Vancouver’s West side, this Net Zero duplex explores a design forward approach to small scale housing, prioritizing spatial quality, natural light, and environmental performance.
Set within a mature residential neighbourhood, the design responds respectfully to its context while introducing a subtle contemporary expression through form, openings, and materiality.
A restrained palette of durable, high-quality materials was selected to emphasize warmth, longevity, and timelessness, resulting in a home that is both environmentally responsible and thoughtfully crafted.
